What do we do?

GraffitiBusters is a digital-only coordination movement.
It involves co-ordinated graffiti-vandalism removal across an entire suburb as long as motivated locals can assist.
Members who contribute to the GraffitiBusting process are local residents, volunteers, and business owners who ensure they are not intimidated and victimised by graffiti-vandals. This is achieved by the co-ordination of prompt and persistent graffiti-vandalism removal at a suburb wide level.

We help coordinate interested residents and businesses to remove graffiti-vandalism from an entire suburb (only at a suburban level: not only individuals, not entire cities).
This helps to eliminate graffiti-vandalism from at least 99% of surfaces across the entire suburb.
This is done through a series of reports and follow-ups to asset owners, and assisting those unable to maintain their surfaces with referrals and help from graffiti-vandalism removers and painters.

Prompt and efficient removal and follow-up is the only proven method known to reduce graffiti-vandalism long-term.

By applying this approach at the suburb level, the entire area can be effectively remediated in a relatively short space of time.
